What exactly is the difference between the two? I know that both are 80+ Bronze certified. What makes the "TX" more expensive than the "CX"?
From what I can tell, weight and warranty. The TX is about 2.5 pounds lighter and has a 5 year warranty instead of CX's 3 year warranty. Personally, I'd opt for the CX.
You probably don't need a 750w power supply unless you are looking to run 2 graphics cards and do some substantial overclocking. I would recommend getting a Seasonic 650w power supply as they are completely overbuilt and will last forever. Either:
