You're making me blush bro.
If you can only handle a modestly sized one, you really don't have all that much room to move, can go for a micro-ATX tower, can't go for the slim micro-ATX becaues they only accept low profile cards. Unfortunately no one makes a decent mini-itx AM3+ board, so the mini-itx cases aren't really an option for you.
If you can't do anything else, get the case I recommended and brace the damn thing to the ceiling.
