that he use Plati Dip, if i do that i will broke the warranty?

i doubt you'll void warranty. (unless they are clear that you can't) most of them won't care about plastic. (unless you are against some draconian Chinese company)

So i can use Plasti Dip, its a good paint (quality)?, if the grapphic card broke for example in 3 months i can remove it?

the only thing you should be concerned is melting temp of your paint (plasti dip is 300'C as i remember). Your gpu can go as high as lets say 90'C in bad conditions.

If you won't leave trace for manufacturer you can do anything to it, and still have it rma. (though most manufacturers don't really care for painting/taking off plastic covers.)

still be careful it doesn't get into fans or radiator, or pcb.

look more metallic (i suspect he simply used common black spray), but then again we have only 1 picture... i'd be better to ask that person.
