I plan for around 1,500 but more or less if it makes a fair bit of a difference. I deal with AUD here so let me know if your prices are another currency and I will convert. I appreciate any recommendations or help with this. I'm not fussed on overclocking, BUT I may do it if the either the CPU or GPU lacks for a high-teir game. Primarily for gaming, want to be able to play ARMA 3, not well but at least playable

GPU: 4G GTX 760 Gigabyte OC

Motherboard: Gigabyte Z87-HD3 <---- looking for better ones

CPU: Intel i5-4670 OR Intel i7-4770

RAM: Kingston HyperX DDR3 1600 (4+4+4+4=16) 16gb

Case: Fractal Design Define R4 Black

SSD Kingston HyperX 120gb

Monitor: (1680 x 1050) x2

I'm looking into any sort of WD 3.5" SATA3 hardrive, I'll be going through them but if you guys have any amazing read/write speeds for a decent price, let me know

I'm a bit shaky on how crossfiring works atm but if anyone has any idea how this (G1.Sniper B5) motherboard works and if it crossfires or if it connects with the other GPU.

look into getting a GTX 770 or R9 280X instead.  How much of the HyperX ram are you getting?  Looks good though

What will you be using this computer for?

Will you be overclocking?

What resolution monitor will you be using?

GTX 770 4gb or 2gb?

2GB if you're playing at 1920x1080 or power

4GB for 2560x1440 and higher.
