guyz i was wondering which game is better for Team gameplay.
Which has a better community?
i am planning on buying either one + Gary's mod(Steam)
I really need help choosing.
I would say TF2 is better in both ways, get that you will never get bored of it. But also buy CSS later down the road.
Errrrr.... TF2 is boring as hell now. And no you dont have good teamplay in any of the games, except if you are playing with friends over skype or something. Good games tho...But css is best in the long run.
Yeah. There's a lot of fun stuff to do in CSS when you get bored of regular gameplay.
TF2 was amazing when it didn't have those upgrades, now, even though I have all those upgrades for all the classes I don't like it anymore, they ruined it for me and I find myself playing CSS more now, yet CSS is only fun if you find a good server to be on ALWAYS
No, CS is fun when you're playing it how it should be played.
Team vs team.
Not everyone talking to each other in a public server about stupid shit while attempting to be good.
I'm CSS myself as well...out of the orange box. I play TF2 the least....even less than portal. I am with Twitch thought, you have to find a Nice server with a great community to play with. I play with these guys myself http://www.massiveretaliation.com. also the hotel cqaliornia, Slay Sled for the Gun Games. I havn't found a Zombie Serveri liked yet.

I prefer CSS.
Don't really care much about the community but most people who play are pretty cool, you can mute the annoying 10-year old kids who mic spam a lot (there's a lot of them on CSS, not sure about tf2).
Gameplay? Well there's just something about CSS that makes it original compared to other FPSs. You buy your guns. None of that "respawn in the same round" bullshit, Bunny Hopping, Surfing, no vehicles (Its a FPS not a TPS) and the AWP.
But if you haven't played the original CS, or you don't play much FPSs. There's a bit of learning and you won't like CSS to begin with because you constantly die so much, just try not to ragequit and keep playing. You like it more when you get more kills than deaths.
I played TF2 its fun, except its not balanced anymore.

Its more like running head first into a brick wall for the learning curve I would say, but once your up and over the wall it is alot better.
I like CSS better than TF2.
CSS, TF2 is to cartoonish for me!!
