Actually you don't need Raptr, you can just get Plays.TV if all you're after is recording.
Once Zen comes out the cpu landscape will be uber competitive. At which point you can get skylake for what a 4690 costs amd maybe a MB for 10 bucks more, possibly IMHO.
Once upon a time they used to make versions of new chpis that fit in old sockets like the 486SLC? that would fit in a 386 socket. When they start doing that I will start caring about the MB, for now I get the baddest CPU I can get with the cheapest MB I can find in a combo. This ain't for everybody but it works for me:)
Maxing out CS:GO at 1440p got me over 200 frames per second on a 7970. There's no reason to go with a 1070 whatsoever. it makes no sense. Unless you're planning on moving to more intensive titles, upgrades are utterly pointless. Expand your horizons or don't upgrade, are the only two sensible options.
Hopefully... probably wont find out for 4-6 months given the Q4 launch.
No, CS:GO takes nothing to run.
a 660 pentium G could run it at 4k just saying.
