CS:GO Blue Screens on startup [SOLVED]

So basically when I start cs:go And it just blue screens. I'm not sure why. This just started happening today. I've done absolutely nothing with my hardware or even software, There hasn't been a csgo update or anything. I tried some other source and non source games and they all ran fine. I tried updating my drivers and the problem still persists. Nothing online has worked for me and I'm coming to you beautiful people for help now.

SPECS:

Intel core i5-4690k
700W Power supply
Msi GTX 970 OC
8 gigs of 1 stick of ram <I feel like this is why not sure though.

I had this weird problem where csgo would down clock my gpu every time it started. Was hard to find a solution for so I just done a clean install of windows. Not really the best fix but it worked.
You could even just try reinstalling the game. Or back up every thing in your cfg folder and delete it.

Take a photo of the blue screen next time it happens (and be prepared for it). It's often just needs a hot fix and a driver reinstalled. The blue screens are their for a reason.

Oh hey for everyone telling me to reinstall windows, I did like a month ago. Lmao

What power supply do you have specifically?

If the blue screens only just started happening, how does installing Windows a month ago help.

Poison has a good solution . If you have trouble with that maybe post the info for the blue screen in here.

Maybe delete and reinstall the game? And check the HD for bad sectors. Maybe run defrag between the delete and re-install.

What's the blue screen code it spits out?
