Take a look on Amazon and see how much Crucial 240gb SSDs go for. Basically it depends on the model, but $60 used is not a great price at all. New, it's a good price, though not amazing.

I'd be wary of refurbished SSDs.

I'd look into a deal from the big sellers. $60 isn't that great a deal. Plus you have no idea what that disk has been through.
