Recently was given 3 sets of cards and wanted to know which are the best overall cards. I was given a pair of PNY 260's one PNY 470 and a pair of XFX 4890's
I have a board that can run the pairs in SLI or Crossfire so if they are the better solution I wanna get the right GPU for them
This rig will be for fun not heavy graphics or 1440p gaming on ULTRA!!!
These sites list all of the difference between the cards you listed. I would rule out the two 260s because they are very weak cards.

I would just use the 470
anything is better than the 8800GS Alpha Dog Edition I currently have I popped a BFG 8800GTS and saw a slight bump in frames so I can only imagine what a "new" card would do the 470 is going in a machine for sure I might just use the 260's as a bitcoin miner for the time being. I got them all for free so I'm seeing what all I can invest with them before they get sold off or put on a rack with my 7900 and ADE
