My budget is $200 for both CPU and GPU please suggest any other combo's.

Always go discrete gpu if you can. A 7770 + phenom 2 x4 is what I reccomend for $200

Do you have a suggestion for which brand I should go with?

Asus,Xfx, Sapphire, or MSI.  I prefer Asus myself.  Their fansystem is so badass.  They look great too.
