Nice video! I've started to get into CS:GO this week, and after watching this video, I realized that I was doing the whole cross hair thing wrong. Keep making more tutorials!

I find this crosshair from CSS to be quite effective. I changed it to blue though.

I think he has decent videos, but the best how to videos on CS:GO are by adren. His skill level is slightly higher than most. He has won multiple world championships at the damn game. Here is his crosshair placement guide.
