When ever I log into win 10 it shows this message http://i.imgur.com/nFY8497.jp and I don't know how to fix it

You realize Win10 JUST came out, right? How many responses do you think you are going to get that will have a fix?
Then again, I'm hardly qualified to answer anything; especially because I didn't upgrade to Win10 on Day 1 because I knew it would be buggy.
I know I wasn't going to get many responses and I have been running it for a while as a technical insider and I haven't had many bad bugs like this one
Sounds awfully like a failed installation.
Pop in the install media and try repairing the system. If you have nothing on it just reinstall.
The thing is I've been running it for the past few months and its been fine no major bugs until this one cropped up and I've got it setup as I like it so I can't reinstall it
I've clicked personalise background and it came up with this message
I think I had this once with the dev version after fooling around with the locations of my /user folders.
Only way to fix it was a blanco install. I would say download a lot of the software beforehand if possible to an external drive - saves time afterwards.
