PC in Oil, is the dumbest idea possible. Well if you're using Vege oil your going to get rubber nasty coatings and if you use mineral oil its expensive and eventually going to seep out, no matter the matter. I like the Cosmo mods, not really crazy ridiculous, but the Cosmo case rocks.

Every component of a PC hermetically sealed and submerged in water.
Oil is not conductive making it perfectly safe for any electronic equipment to be submerged. Heat is transferred via radiation and is spread throughout the oil. However, this is not enough to cool the CPU.
There is a special block for the CPU which sucks in oil and blows it out. The entire oil case is then cooled by an ionizer which neutralizes molecules from its fast pace, stopping heat.
