2 square inches at the most and another 30 dollars could be 8GB of RAM. I do not not understand that at all.
2 square inches to fit an 8Gb RX 580?
That's nothing compared to this ridiculous, overkill machine. At least this is what I thought of when I read crazy high performance 
Ah sorry thought it said 4GB RAM but that's VRAM
$9000 bucks! and a quad core.
