Cracking printer for ink compatibility?

ok, i bought a printer, then the ink, the ink fits, but then it says that i bought the wrong ink, it fits, and it would work, printed a few pages until it realized that it is the wrong ink, and you know the inks are always so damn expensive, so yup, wanna try to crack the printer so that it would ignore that i bought the wrong model, i even bought the more expensive one.....

the ink cartridges have a reset button hidden on them press it and it resets the manufacturer we did than untill i broke the printer

that's what i tried the first time, worked, then stopeed working, now, not working
