I'm not very well versed in all the various CPUs listed, but the Phenom II X6 1055T might be the most powerful. It's at least twice as powerful as what you've got. Be careful with wattage though. The support page lists the 95W version of this CPU. There's both 95W and 125W versions available in the wild, so there's a chance that the 125W one might not be compatible.

The 1055T is the most powerful of the 6-Core CPUs that the board will take, but the best performing CPU on that list is the Phenom II X4 960T, followed closely by the normal 960, and then the 955. Those last two should be easier to find at reasonable prices, as they are normal Deneb based CPUs and not Thuban based like the Zosma core of the 960T.
I recommend a Phenom II X4 955. You can get one on Ebay for between $60 and $100, but make sure you get the 95W version. It appears that's the most your board supports.
