CPU Sets added to Process Lasso - A 'softer' form of CPU Affinities natively supported by Windows

Back in November, CPU Sets were added to Process Lasso. These are a ‘softer’ form of CPU Affinities. Think preferred cores.

They allow the OS more flexibility than the hard contract of a CPU Affinity. For instance, additional CPU cores can be brought in if the thread load warrants it. CPU Sets are natively supported by Windows.

I wanted to both promote this new feature, and ask if anyone has good use case examples? Many CPU Affinity rules should now become CPU Sets rules, so this development is exciting (for me).
