I didn't know where to put this. when my computer is idle in bios menu it's 70c. When I play
bfbc2 it heats up too much. I have one intake fan and one output fan. What should I do. Stock cooler with a cooler master 120mm fan and a 120mm plain fan

what cpu?
first, if your overclocking, stop. overclocking on a stock cooler is a shitty idea
AMD A10 5800k. No clocks have been changed but still reaching 68 degrees celsius
Try taking the heat sink off and replacing the thermal paste. Just wipe off the old stuff with some rubbing alcohol and coffee filters. Once it's clean, apply some new paste. A dot about the size of a pea in the middle of the CPU will work fine. Then just put the heatsink on over it without spreading it beforehand.
If you don't have any paste lying around, I recommend buying a tube of Arctic Cooling MX-4. A 4 gram tube is only about $10.
If you're still not happy with your temperatures, then I would suggest buying an aftermarket cooler.
I have the option to move my 2 fans around would i be better to have the fron one on the top letting air out instead of sucking it in from the front. The top gets hot from the cpu the side panel doesn't because its got a fan there. SInce i put the new fan in it has helped improve my CPUs temperature and no beeping unless 30 minutes of full non stop gaming on ultra graphics. Would the gpu built on be heating this cpu up so much because i am playing off of that and it is powering dual screens.
you can try undervolting your vcore a smidge
What case are you using?
