CPU or GPU?

i have the following.

amd radeon 6850 and a intel i5 2500 no k.

sould i buy the k version and overclock or put the money to a graphics card. does anyone know the max overclock for my processor with out the k.   Im usesing this computer for gaming. highly demanding  gams like battle field 3 and soon to be bf4. stuf like that

i would upgrade the gpu to something like a 7950.

Obvious choice, upgrade the graphics card. Overclocking isn't totally necessary, you have a capable processor.
