Im building a new system but at the moment in trying to decide which to buy first. (coz of money problems as always :D)
Currently I've go C2D E7500 (6 gigs of ram) and HD4890.
My game of choice is Skyrim
What to get first?
GTX670 or FX 8350 (16 gigs of ram)?
8Gb of ram is fine for gaming. You will hardly need anymore current. For Skyrim, upgrade you CPU first! It pulls more off of the CPU than the GPU, but you will bottle neck yourself if you use a 4890. Save your money and grab both and your motherboard at the same time
