Cpu goes stupid warm while loading chrome and booting

Any reasons why is this happening.

Is the Thermal paste going bad?

Room temp: 21c roughly 

Amd fx6300 3.5ghz No turbo 1.25 volts

Hyper 212 Evo 

Noctua NT-H1 Thermal Paste

m5A99x evo r 2.0

coolermaster k350 

r9 270x asus direct cuii

itching to remounting the heatsink but dont wanna re-assemble my pc again. any other solutions

you have lots of tabs. your using lots of ram. cpu usage is inevitable, and the temps shown is not worrying

Lots of tabs would be an understatement...

Chrome is known to be a battery user , and a cpu hog .

It runs at almost double the firefox tickrate if I remember right .

If these temps are bothersome , just use chrome .

But the temps seem fine to me :D
