I need a CPU cooler for my Q6600 which is on an EVGA 750i SLI FTW motherboard. The case is a Lian Li PC-P80, so pretty much anything should be able to fit. What is the best cooling I can get for $75(no more than 75, preferably closer to $50).
Also, which cooling paste do you reccommend?

I use a coolermaster v8. works fine for me. Some v8's come packaged with some free coolermaster thermalfusion 400. pretty good thermal paste (at least according to some reviews i've read on the net.)
