Hey , I have an I7 3770K which is cooled using the stock intel cooler , but I don't like it and I want to buy a better one . Could you suggest me a good CPU cooler for about 65$ , also , will I need to buy thermal paste and install it on the CPU , or does the coolers usually have it factory installed ?

I'd recommend the Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo, just make sure your case has enough room for it (it's really tall). It comes with its own thermal paste, so you don't need to buy any
