So i instaled my Hypper 212 evo onto my cpu and as i was istaling the fan back on to it, the whole cooler rotated a little bit. I straighned it back out, although when i was connecting some wires the same thing happened several times where the whole CPU cooler would rotate. Is this bad? would it affect anything?
It should be fine, but make sure your mounting hardware is tightened down as much as possible. Also, make sure not to break anything when you're tightening it. I've broken mounting hardware because I've overtightened it before. I had to buy a new mounting kit for my H100.
