I have a i5 3570k overclockr to about 4.4ghz and I was thinking about getting the H60 but im not to sure , is there any better options that are good around the sam. Price range?
There are much better options in that price-range. I'd get a Thermaltake NiC5, as Crimson Ryoka informed me of earlier today. Beats what I was going to recommend, the Xigmatek Dark Knight, and is the same price!

OP. You'd be surprised what cheap coolers are on offer that will get you to 4.5, nicely. You only need to spend about half the cost of the H60 on a decent air cooler.

The same one Brennan has mentioned. It is quite new. I haven't seen it before. The usual coolers that I recommend are the Xigmatek Dark Knight. Any upright 120mm tower from Noctua or Phanteks. Better performance than any CLC cooler at the same price point.
