CPU Cooler advice for 4670k (Socket 1150)

Hi everyone

Hoping anyone can help

I'm doing a repair job for someone's computer, and after booting it up and entering the UEFI, i straight away spotted the higher than i'm used to CPU temperature of between 47-49'c, this computer has cooling fans and is using the stock cooler, it's actually their 1st build for a gaming pc, and because i'm quite used to AMD based machines, this temperature worried me. (i'm used to seeing max CPU temps of 43'c with my Phenom II and Arctic Cooling freezer pro 7)

would anyone be willing to suggest a better cooler for this Socket 1150 based system even though it's not going to be overclocked, as the last thing i want is for their computer to kill itself through overheating

Appreciate the help anyone :)

Noctua's L9i

Its a Small 50 dollar CPU but boy does it keep the bloody temps down and its easy to install only with 4 screws
