Counterfeit Intel SSD?

I recently bought a Intel DC3500 SSD because it was a really good deal, but this SMART report can’t identify the SSD, and the Intel datacenter SSD toolbox can’t even update the firmware. Does anyone notice something suspicious?

I don’t reallly see anything that sticks out to me. Can you get some physical pictures of the ssd?

That model comes back to a seagate that was made for HP, and maybe other OEMs
