Foraii, I'll be "that guy". This build isn't very well thought out, isn't practical, and really screams "I want attention, so lemme put in over priced components to do so". If thats not the case, I apologize, but its really silly to me seeing this list you made.
Anyway...
Lets start at the top.
i5-4960... great chip... no over clocking ... so ->
h100i ... an over rated, under working AIO liquid cooler. A noctua would do better. hyper 212 evo will do about the same for that level of performance at 25-35$ depending on sales. ALL of these are over kill, as the stock cooler is designed for this chip and would work fine.
H97 -> good enough mother board. Stout and cheap enough to be "worth it"
Ram -> sure. bit over priced for that ram, but go nuts.
HDD -> sure
SSD -> eh... if its really worht the cost, then go for it.
r9 290 -> on 1080p??? are you insane? Go buy a r9 270 for 150$. You will get equal playability on 1080p monitor. Stupid suggestion to get a card of that level for 1080p. Lemme reiterate. This card is STUPID for 1080p. Why is this stupid you ask? Well, when you can tell the difference between 60fps and 110 fps on a 60hz monitor, you be sure to let me know, ok? xD The highest you should go is a gtx 770 or an r9 280x. A 290 is complete retarded over kill.
Case -> good choice
PSU -> decent choice. You can \certainly go cheaper without breaching quality.
All in all, this is an "ok" build. Clear over sights, but if its what you want, then go for it.
Thank you for the input. but now I'm not trying to get attention I'm just not that good with PCs and rather new to PC gaming world. I'll start making changes to it
