Could someone help me optimize Watch Dogs

I only got a chance to play for a bit last night, and that was full of points of near extreme slow down. I went into the options menu and used the in-game optimization which set everything to ultra settings, but I was still dealing with the slowdown that plagued me before I did that. I dont know PC gaming well enough to know what I should sacrifice to help with my problem while still keeping the game looking as well as it does. If someone who is more knowledgeable than I could let me know what I am doing wrong and need to change, I would be indebted. Thanks.

This is my rig as of today: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/hkJKcf

It's no fault of your own, quite a number of people are having problems with Watch Dogs. That includes people with high-end systems. It's a problem with the game, and these problems will be patched in the coming months. Your system should handle it capably.

Just turn everything to the lowest settings to get the game playable. Turn those settings up if your performance improves. Concentrate on improving textures before increasing amounts of AA.

I would suggest reducing Anti-aliasing first. Then anisotropic filtering, then ambient occlusion. reducing these settings in that order of importance will help. I suggest having a bit of each setting active, but not so much to where it is causing unplayable frames.

Thanks for the quick replies, guys. I'll try those suggestions and hopefully I can find a happy medium.

Turn of Motion Blur and if you are using VSync drop it to on frame.
