Over the course of the last few years, I've gotten into computer building. My question is, could I buy parts for say a $600 computer, build it, and sell it for profit on Craigslist or eBay? What are your thoughts on this?

Probably not on the internet, simply because people are smart enough to look into the cost of builds they buy an reaserch the parts to see if it's worth it.
But if you just sell them in your town/city at a market or whatever, then yeh, it could work.

you'd have to be really good at making builds that fast and cheap, like one of us who recommend parts, you'd also have to have 600 laying around to build a computer for, and hope that someone has like 800+ they want to blow on a computer on craigslist
If this was the case noone would ever buy from alienware, dell, cyberpower... the list goes on.
