I would choose the M65.
The only reason the Razer Deathadder is famous is because of the low price and that is still uses optical sensors with still high sensitivity. Chances are you won't use 8200DPI in gaming.
I have been a customer for both Razer and Corsair, and Razer always seems to have a failure with their items.
e.g, sweat makes marks on their plastic, mouse jumps, breaking.
From Corsair, I haven't seen any problems. This is my personal bias against Razer just because I haven't truly found a satisfactory product from them.
In terms of the mice, I believe the M65 has more buttons.
I would go with the CM65.

Yes it did, thanks, I was leaning toward the Vengeance because of more customizable buttons.
As much as I don't like Razer, Deathadder is clearly a better mouse. Although there are clearly better products for the price, for example Zowie AM/FK. Why the dilemma?
