I bought the Corsair Vengeance K65 keyboard. I'm completely new to mechanical keyboards , but my budget was quite limited so I went with this keyboard. I know it uses the Cherry MX Red switches and that's about it.
There's a few things I don't like about the keyboard , I dont know which keycaps are compatible with this keyboard - anyone able to help me out here?
Also , there's no wrist rest. They're usually quite nice from Corsair , anyone know where I can buy a wrist rest for the K65? Or if its possible to make one?
Apart from that , I love the transition from membrane to mechanical - the feel is so good the the sound from the keyboard is quite satisfying.
If it's a Cherry switch, any Cherry MX keycaps will work. And because Cherry switches are like the bulk of the mechanical keyboard market, most of them are Cherry MX keycaps.
Just look for cherry MX keycaps, anything cherry MX will fit, as long as the profile of the key is similar to your current ones ( you can find specs online). you can look on massdrop, or just google it, TKL wrist rest.
