Corsair h60 and intel 3570k

Hi i have installed in my computer and intel 3570k and corsair h60 ( new version the one with the cables / fans etc). I have a question : whats the recomended overclock i can do with this cooler and cpu?

I have the same CPU as you but a 212 Evo in push pull, really it is down to the silicon lottery. Fortunately I can overclock on air to 4.4GHz on stock voltage, I did this by incrementing the multiplier by 2 to give a 200MHz push each time, find a point till you are unstable and can't run prime 95, then drop it in increments of 5 and find your spot.

I'd stick with 4.5. You could probably go higher but 4.5 is for sure reachable.

4.5 is usually the min a 3570k will go, with an H60 id try and stay around there, if you had a bigger or better cooler id suggest pushing it harder.

Just try to go for 4.1 first, then 4,3, 4,4 and maybe 4,5.

Going to do that. Going slowly

test with intel burnin test(google it) its faster then p95(if you can pass 10 runs your good)
as to the h60....its preatty weak, my aegir is better.....(having used both)

one thing to note is, if you dont mind removing your IHS you can drop your temps by 15-40c by replacing the horrible TIM intel used with something decent like liquid metal or pk1. http://forums.anandtech.com/showpost.php?p=33785983&postcount=53 look at that horrible crap
