Corsair Force 3 GT 240GB Oddly Slow, Help!

Hey guys I have assembled myself a new pc, in order to help you to understand my problem in the best way possible I will list all my components here:

FX 8350

Asus Sabertooth 990fx R2.0

16GB 2x8 Corsair Vengeance 1866 ram

HD 4870 gfx card

2TB Seagate Barracuda

Corsair Carbide 400R

Corsair CX 750W

I have done testing in HD Tune Pro and my SSD does not exceed approximately 360-370mb /s read speeds even though it should be capable of getting 500MB+/s. Is there anything that you can think of that bottlenecks my SSD, pertaining to the other components I have chosen in my rig? Many Thanks

That's about what I get with my 120GB Corsair Force 3; they aren't the fastest SSDs. Enable TRIM, if you haven't. I usually get 400ish.

oh, what is TRIM and how can I enable, disable it? thanks 

sucks that these ssd's don't deliver the speeds at their cover.
