Corsair CS550M bent corner

Hey guys

I recently purchased a Corsair CS550M for a build I'm doing (my first build ever). When I took it out of the box to install it, I found that one of the corners was bent out of shape (images here). As far as I'm aware, that's not meant to be like that. So I was wondering, would that have a negative impact on the PSU functioning correctly? I'm seriously considering asking for a replacement from the place I bought it from, but wanted to make sure I'm not freaking out over nothing.

Cheers

Most likely not, but you should still get a replacement. That's really bad quality control on Corsair's part.

Well you paid for a perfectly new power supply so I would send it back but I think that they won't accept it since the damage might have been caused during transport or shipping to you.

Thanks man. I can't see any damage on the box at all, so I'm not sure if it would have been damaged during shipping. Will ask for a replacement and see how I go.
