Hi guys, please help me before I start going crazy.
I ordered the Windowed version of this case from Amazon UK and it arrived with the 'Solid Panel' sticker on it, so I contacted customer services and requested a collection for it to be sent back. I never opened the packaging itself. They said ok, ordered a collection for the next day and arranged a replacement for the day after that.
When the replacement arrived I checked the box and again it had a 'Solid Panel' sticker on the box, so I refused the delivery. Getting a bit ticked off at this point, I immediately went to customer services and asked for a refund. I got it within hours, and took my order to another company.
Today, I come back home to find another Solid Panel stickered case with a receipt from Amazon attached. Maybe it was the one I sent back days ago.. What the feck is going on?!
Anyway, my question is: Does the Windowed panel version definitely have a Window Panel sticker on it?
Just open the damn box! Unless it's different in the UK, you're allowed to open up the box and check your contents and still be eligible for a return or refund if it's not what you ordered. I just did it recently with an NZXT Havik-140 that I found out would not fit in my case after I tried installing it. Amazon still did a full refund. So in short, OPEN THE DAMN BOX!
I've been advised on another return that I can only send back unopened goods on the grounds of being incorrect, so not doing it.
I'm looking for a owner of this case to clear this up for me, as it is a manufacturer sticker pointing out the model on the actual packaging, not the amazon box/labels.
Here is a photo of what I believe to be the only difference between the products, which the amazon packers seem to be looking over constantly. Again, I just want to confirm this so I can tell Amazon they are doing it wrong.
Also in the UK if something is ordered from the Internet you can return an item within two weeks if not satified. IF they refuse to refund you can sue them.
