Youtube is a pain in the ass when it comes to copyright infringment.
But I'm wondering why music in popular gaming videos that are copyrighted and used without permission aren't being muted/taken down?
Montages and game soundtracks are all over youtube and have been there for years.
It's like how I look up music from my favorite games posted on youtube. Been there for an inifinity amount of years but its obvious copyright infringment. It's puzzling me because I have pretty good videos ready to be processed yet I don't want the risk of a strike. Is there a difference with a Partner account vs a normal user account?
TL;DR How come people can upload copyrighted media to youtube and not even receive a warning?
