Copying boot partition to ssd without slimming down current drive

Hi forum,

 I was looking at getting a Kingston 120 GB SSD, and was wondering what software I would use to clone my boot partition without to delete my current 500 GB hard drive, or slimming it down to size. Something similar to Samsung data migration software that allows custom clones.

I almost always use Acronis True Image. Powerful and simple to use. how ever I have run into a few issues when cloning from HDD to SDD but not often.
