Copy OS hard drive to raid ssd

I have a 1TB hard drive partitioned in half. One half is a windows 7 OS. I'd like to copy this windows installation to a new drive. The drive I'm copying it to is two ssd's in raid 0.

I'm using Macrium Reflect which I've used in the past to copy larger drives to smaller ones. The current drive os is actually a copy from an old hdd so I know I can copy larger drives to smaller ones provided the used space is smaller than the destination.

I copied the main os drive "successfully" according to the software. I was sure to include the 100mb recovery partition. however the ssd's simply give a "error reading from disk" when trying to boot from them.

I'd REALLY like to avoid reinstalling windows because I'd have to reinstall all my adobe applications and all of their extensions which were a nightmare to get working properly.
