Cooling that will fit in a BitFenix Prodigy

I plan on making my PC a smaller form factor when I ever get the chance to upgrade from my current PC with my mediocre case. Anyone know a good CPU cooler that will fit in the Prodigy? I don't plan on overclocking or overclocking a lot if I were to overclock, I just really hate stock coolers.

Also, not really the place to say this, but I have 8GBs of Corsair Vengence RAM (2x4). Will it have an effect on what cooling I will use?

I am doubtful that this will fit in the BitFenix prodigy, but considering I really don't know that, will it or will it not fit in the BitFenix Prodigy.

I forgot to add, I'd prefer it being air cooled, I fear having water cooling in my PC as nice as it is. You could call me a wimp or too paranoid or anything, the thought of the tubes leaking scares me.
