Cooling for fx 6300

Hey guys,

does anyone have any ideas for cooling my fx 6300 as i want a cooler that will fit in a micro ATX case so isnt overly big and is also relatively cheap, e.g. 20-30 pounds

What case do you have?

and are you interested in over clocking? How far?

The hyper 212evo is a pretty good solution for getting past the stock cooler.

the dark knight II is a step up from that. It does a really good on my 4.7Ghz FX6350

and just about anything from noctua is going to be top of the line

Probably a safe overclock, nothing too adventurous as it will be my first time so I want to test the water, so to say. Case is coolermaster silencio 352 mATX, dimensions 200 x 378 x 453 (WxHxD mm)

Also thought the Hyper 212 EVO was AM3 only, not AM3+ otherwise would probs go for that

doesn't matter, the sockets are the same pardon a few pins i believe.

someone please correct me If i am wrong.
