The title really explains it. I am making a budget build and cannot decide between these two cases.

As a HAF 912 owner, I can vouch for it. I really like it, alot of space to work with, good looks good airflow.
Between these two cases it's mostly which one you think looks better. They are equally matched in terms of features.
Shop around on tigerdirect. They have good prices on them.
I would go for the Corsair chassis. Cooler Master have a habit of making their cases look like children's toys.
Keyword there is look; cases really come down to personal opinion when they have a certain number of features.
Correction:
We all know they look like toys. But some people like that look ;D
