Required reading for OP, you have seem to missed a lot of hubbub about intel since last year:
- June 2024 Guidance regarding Intel Core 13th and 14th Gen K/KF/KS instability reports - Intel Community
- Intel Core 13th and 14th Gen Desktop Instability Root Cause Update - Intel Community
- Steve “Intel biggest fuckup i’ve seen” https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OVdmK1UGzGs
- Intel's Got a Problem - 13900K/KS/KF 14900K/KS/KF Crashing
If you updated you bios and microcode after experiencing first stability issues, your cpu is very likely toasted.
This is irreversible damage, no point doing any further debugging on that if that is the case. Its RMA time for cpu and if possible getting rid of board as well.
Well unless you are adventurous enough for another intel cpu from the same troubled line. If so , avoid upper end K and KS - extreme voltage and frequency is the cause of issues here.
This etiology of thermal+voltage damage occurs on all higher end 13th and 14th series intel cpus, even mobile ones. i5s should be safe.
EDIT: This is what affected users observed on 14900k. Does it sound familiar to you?
EDIT2: There are also ongoing anectada that official bios fix does not do enough and many implementations are still borderline unsafe, even with new intel baseline profile.
I would not trust it to work reliably over long time, fresh replacement might be just delayed lemon in making. Delayed enough so that you wont be covered once it fails again.

Only safe high end models from intel are 12900k and Core Ultra 9 285K, anything in between cannot be trusted.
