Console Streamer looking to move into DUAL PC Streaming with no idea what I'm doing

Hello Meatomor is the name.

I've been streaming console games (xbox one) and started looking to go into pc streaming and gaming, However I am new to Tek Syndicate and pc building in general...

Starting off I'm currently living in U.S and have a budget that i would like to keep around or approximately up to $1,500 on building a new pc. I can go a little higher if I need to but most like won't need to cause I'm no expert.

For the brands and retailers, I would like good quality parts that are also durable. Evga and Asus products are good but anything that has quality and can keep my budget is a BIG plus.

Do I have Peripherals? No I probably can get this anywhere but if there is any specific and/or recommendations to them then sure, Let me know all about it.

I will be using this pc mainly for video editing/rendering and streaming while running the exclusive titles on high settings (Dual Pc setups help with this if I'm correct due to my research). I would like to run my stream and/or videos at 1080p and 60 fps all that good stuff

Overclocking ? I know what it is but what affects overclocking and why is this a factor. ( sorry if I'm so new and just sound ignorant)

In the future I do plan on upgrading when that time comes. The cooling system doesn't have to be the best but good to keeping my gaming/streaming pc cooled.

As for the OS I'm probably looking to buy maybe windows 10 but if you feel that I don't need that and can go with a lower version please feel free to give feedback as I'm trying to learn as much as possible since I'm building my first pc.

Games the beauty of pc Streaming. I'm looking to play games exclusive to pc and probably have better versions than they do in consoles, however I WILL NOT be playing games like Call of duty black ops 3, Battlefront, The Division etc, because thats what I have a console for. Buying a pc for those games would render my consoles useless and just increase the price, besides all I'm doing is playing those games at a higher resolution THAT'S IT. I'm I right?

Rendering I probably would use OBS because of reasons and photoshop. I'm probably gonna edit videos with a specific video editing software like adobe premiere pro or any video editing software for that matter.

As for the monitors and the keyboards etc. I'll leave that to discussion and your recomendations... I'm very sorry if this is such a huge post but I'm seeing this as builiding a rocketship (not really) and is looking for the most information I can when it comes to pc gaming and streaming.

Almost forgot this is something I'm looking at if I'm going to be streaming however this is just for 1 pc build, using this as a draft for dual and up for discussion

One of my questions is, are you going to be streaming to twitch/hitbox/youtube or are you going to be streaming in home?

If it was in home, you could splurge a little more and just pick up one of the mini PC's that also also have an Ethernet on the back that way, your rig is still doing all the work while you have a low wattage mini pc in the living room or other.

I would definitively choose a 250GB or 240GB SSD opposed to the 128, also, that particular SSD will preform about the same as a mechanical HDD.
I would opt in for a Crucial BX200 for $65USD
As far as the power supply, the CX 750M is not a bad unit but I have had some annoying ticking when the build is at load or gaming. I would choose an EVGA Nova G2 650W.
You could also consider going with a Xeon build which would be an i7 with out the integrated graphics.

As for peripherals, you got about $500 to play with.
For a keyboard, it really depends, you could be comfortable with a membrane keyboard but also consider there are many types of mechanical switches.

Blue: are more common as they have a tactile bump when pressed and make an audible sound.
Reds: are linear and have no bump feel or audible sound besides bottoming out to what ever the key is sitting on.
Browns: have that tactile bump that blues do but do not have an audible sound besides bottoming out.
Blacks: are like Reds but have a bit more resistance and require a bit more force.

This is an older video but still holds true:

For a monitor, what would you be interested? You can get a high refresh rate monitor or get a couple of decently priced IPS 1080P monitors.
There is also 1440P and also 21:9 in 1080P.
As for a 1440P monitor that is also IPS, which I have been looking at for a while now is the Acer G257HU

I am not too sure about any 1080P monitors though.

You could also consider this 21:9 LG 29UM67 which you can take advantage of with Freesync.

I am not too sure about mice either. A common suggestion is the Logitech G502 or the Mionix Castor.

Hopefully other users have some suggestions as well.

Thank you for replying and taking your time... Yes i will be streaming and editing from home, any monitor will do so long as it's compatible and will run the dual pc setup... ill probably be looking to also upgrade some accessories aswell (mic, cable splitters, etc). Haven't decided yet but still up for more suggestions if there were better solutions.
