But in the mean time , what games should I get (Free/Paid) and is there any good cheap monitors because they seem pretty expensive.

A monitor is only like 140$, that's not even remotely expensive!

It is when you broke :P

nooo bad buyzz.. get a a6 3670k.. ther faster than that phenom (when oced to same speed) and have built in grphics that could support your graphics card and  make the whole system faster by saving 3 dollars! And they even have an open multiplier so any fm1 motherboard can oc it! Get a seagate hdd.. they last longer.. infact not a single seagate ive ever bought has died and their cheaper while a shitton of my wd's have.... buy a 50 dollar gigabyte board and it will outlast that shitty asus one..
but ultimately i suggest this for saving $92  http://pcpartpicker.com/p/LWa5

Make sure the first thing you do is install steam. Games are hella cheap there, especially if you wait for a sale.

Dont get an APU unless you want crap performance. I had the latest A10 and it bottlenecked my cards(crossfire 2gb 7850's) . Get a good CPU and Mobo first. A good GPU and faster Ram can wait.... If anything get a used GPU, they are ussually good used and will save you lots of money if this is your first build. Also the PSU is very very important. I myself through experiance cant tell you that it is a part you do not want to cheap out on.
