Config issue high cpu usage / wrong processor assignment

EDIT: I manged to solve most problems I was having. However, I repeatedly have to type the following commands in terminal and reboot again every time the linux OS is restarted or I can’t boot into the VM without it freezing at boot logo:

  • dracut -f --kver $(uname -r)
  • grub2-mkconfig > /etc/grub2-efi.cfg

Hi, I just recently passed through my GTX 1080 Ti so I can run games through the VM but there are several issues. Some games will refuse to launch when a virtual machine is detected and when I go into task manager it says “Virtual Machine: Yes” even though I configured the machine in such a way that Virtual Machine should be hidden from the guest OS. Also, it says my processor type is Intel R Skylake with only 4 virtual cores (also the machine has really high cpu usage … spikes to 90% just by opening 1 file ) and the screen is turning black when I try to play games.

How do I fix my config file? I tried searching for help online but most of the help information is outdated.
