Computer Wont Turn Off

I just recently built my pc it was fine for a month and then i reinstalled everything besides cpu and motherboard and then when i turn off my computer i get this message on my debug led 05 which means       "OEM initialization before microcode loading" and my pc wont turn off and my screen and mouse and keyboard lights go off but my pc stays on. My motherboard is the asrock z77 extreme 6 with a i7 3770k at stock clocks and gtx 560ti 

PLEASE HELP!!

OEM of course stands for Original Equipment Manufacturer. This sounds like it is taking you to your motherboard. I would try reloading my drivers preferably the latest and see it that might help.

wait so are you not using the mother board and cpu that you used to install your OEM?
