Computer slowing down, many issues

It seems for some reason everything is running really slow, I have done a few tests and it seems it could be either my gpu or hardrive? Anyway to fix/solve this? I am also getting frame drops in basically every game.

If you havent already done so, do a registry clean up ( i use " Free window registry repair" program) and malware/virus scan. If that doesnt help, you could always run CPUz and verify that your components are performing where they should be.

Advanced system care and Smart defrag with file system optimizing will work wonders. Or anything that does the samething. Just to be fair.
