My computer is shutting down again & again ,,,, so i cheq the core temp..!
i dont understand whats going on..! why its showing in red and minus,,!
i have no idia what to do...!

Have you recently done anything > ie replace heatsink, change cpu, taken the motherboard out etc?
Looks very much like a flaky board. Nice cpu though. Still worth good $$$.
Are you running any other monitoring software? Sometimes if there are multiple programs monitoring things like temps, the values can become skewed.
Is it bsod'ing or just shutting down completely?
Checked that the cpu fan is working?
ya i did replace motherboard... and its not good one..!

i just used cpuz only..!
I start computer its work or like 8-10 minits and shuts down .. i try to start but it wont start...! but after few minits if i try to start its start again.. and same thing over & over..!
Bugger... Is there a BIOS update for the board available? If its a x38 etc than sometimes they require an update to be able to work with the 45nm cpus.
