Computer for Stepmania

   Well basically stepmania is a computer version of DDR. I wan't to build a computer just for stepmania and nothing else. I just want to put it in the corner of my room, connected to a TV and have some speakers and wallah. A stepmania cabnit.

There are a few things I want to ask:

1. Are these parts compatible? (Probably but just making sure)

2. Is there a lower powered PSU that I can buy? The computer only needs 147 and I'm using 430 becuase I trust corsair.

3. Should I go with an SSD instead of a HD? Let me explain, the game takes about nothing in your hardrive. I have almost 1000 songs on my laptop and it only took 2GB. If I swap the HD out with an SSD, I can have more speed I can work with. Loading songs will be faster and loading will be less of a headache.

4. Can I get linux on this?

5. Can I downgrade anything for a lower price tag?

2. you could get away with less, but it's not getting any cheaper so why bother

3. if you don't need the space by all means get an ssd

4. you can get linux on anything, and i mean anything, ubuntu will give you the best program support and helpful community, mint is based off of ubuntu (no-one start yelling technecalitys at me) and many people prefer it

5. not much lower than that that you can buy new
